CROWNING GLORY

Pink, peachy and delicious!

Mix 1 bottle fruity rosé wine, chilled, 50ml Cointreau, 75ml peach schnapps, 1-2 peaches, thinly sliced, and 1 Pink Lady apple, thinly sliced, in a large jug. Chill until ready to serve. Add 700ml chilled lemonade, stir and serve.

DIAMOND SPARKLER

Looks chic, even with Cava!

Mix 1tbsp of elderflower cordial with 1tbsp gin or vodka in a glass and top up with chilled fizz. Garnish with twisted lemon peel and serve.

ROYAL BLUE(BERRY) DAIQUIRI

Fruity and fabulous!

Blend a handful of fresh blueberries with the juice of 1 lime and 1tsp of sugar. Add 50ml rum and handful of crushed ice, whizz again. Serve in chilled glass and garnish with a few fresh blueberries.
